UK Customers (Overseas Customers - please also read the paragraphs at the bottom of this page)
As with any innovative new products, you are never entirely sure whether they are going to be the best option for you and your horse. The best way to overcome this is to try it out for yourself, on your own horse. Although not one saddle is going to suit each and every horse, or indeed each and every rider, Heather Moffett's new Fhoenix flexible concept saddle is as close as it gets.
A demonstrator saddle may be hired, for trial purposes, for one week at a cost of £45*. This hire charge is refunded (applies to UK only), minus outbound courier charges, if a Fhoenix saddle is purchased in the subsequent three months after the hire date. You will need to budget for charges for return delivery to Enlightened Equitation.
Credit card details are required for security and payment, in full, will be taken when a Fhoenix saddle is sent out to you. This will be immediately refunded once we are supplied with the insured courier details, including tracking number, to prevent interest charges or fees being charged to your account. It is vital that these security steps are taken to protect both ourselves and the customer.

Terms of hire for UK customers
1. You have five (5) full days to try the Fhoenix saddle after its arrival. On the next business day after day seven, you should return the demonstrator saddle to Enlightened Equitation (EE) by guaranteed next-day delivery. We highly recommend using a high-value insured guaranteed next day service. Please contact EE when the saddle has been collected by the courier. If you do not use an insured service EE reserve the right to charge the full price of the saddle if it is not received by us or is damaged in transit.
2. If for an unavoidable reason the saddle is going to be late back, please inform us as soon as possible. EE reserve the right to charge an extra £10 per day the saddle is delayed.
3. Please treat the saddle carefully. If it arrives damaged or is damaged while in your care, please let us know immediately. In case of exceptional damage we reserve the right to make a charge for repairs or replacement.
