FlexEE Saddle Update
We apologise profusely for the delays that we have experienced in getting the new FlexEE synthetic saddles onto the market. We have had so many hold ups with shipping, the actual carriers and then customs, which has set us back weeks, as samples that should have arrived have nearly always been a week late. This has happened now five times, setting us back therefore another 10 weeks in total as the saddles have to be tested for a further week before we can go ahead with the next. It has been extremely difficult.
Limited production therefore will start next month with full production up and running by July. We are making the final agents saddles now, so that customers can at least see and try the saddles. Production will begin as soon as the agents saddles are ready to ship, which will be approximately two weeks (mid May). We have been overwhelmed with interest, something we had hoped for but doubted would be the case with the current economic climate. In all honesty it took us by surprise! So please bear with us, we are so nearly there now!
