Will get some photos up of ideal fit with annotations

Is this up anywhere?  I've looked but can't find it (or it may be blocked on my computer).

As I don't have Saffy's bridle anymore (somebody does but I don't) I can't measure from that so what measurements do we need to use please?  I seem to remember someone (?who) saying that they fit slightly differently to a 'regular' bridle anyway so I want to get it right    I've been asked to work an extra day next week so I'm putting that towards my Christmas money for a bridle  :db: :db:

Oh, and ditto the rein lengths please although I won't be able to get these just yet.

  • Oh, and can we mix and match sizes?  Saff was in a 'full' Elevator but really needed an XF browband.

  • I've got the full size reins and they measure 53" from bit to buckle  :).

It might have been me saying that it's a bit tricky to do exact measurements against your own bridle, as the EE bridle is different in design to 'normal' bridles (having buckles on both sides).  But having said that Remy takes a standard full size bridle and is also full size in the softEE - however she does need an x-full browband as the full size is too snug and pulls the headpiece a bit close to her ears (which kind of defeats it's purpose!), and due to it's design you can only adjust the browband so high.  I'm also waiting to hear when this can be available?
