All that and a bag of chips!

I need to get a new bridle for my growing boy and am not quite sure what size to get.  <_<   He is a draft cross but isn't too huge.  His bridle now is, I believe, a full size.  We are down to the last few holes in the nose band but I am worried that the next size up will be too big for him.

Does anyone know what the inch measurements are for the nose and brow bands on an over size bridle?  I would like to know befor I drop a bunch of cash  :ouch:  on a dressage bridle that we will have for a really long time.

The manufacturers all vary so much  angry  I have cob and full bridles from different companies that are the same size and pony and cob bridles that are interchangeable  angry

I think you'd be better getting a made to measure and they aren't that expensive, I have a web address somewhere that I'll hunt out if you're interested.

You may find you need to make a bridle from parts even if you do not go made to measure. Spirit has a cob bridle with full size browband and Whisper a pony bridle with a cob browband. Good luck  Smiley

I have a cob bridle with a full size head piece.  MTM does sound like a good idea.
