Proud of my pony moment (gush!)

Ziggy is officially AMAZING
Through the winter I've been working with him once a week, usually a wander around the lanes in hand, or a bit of rope circle work in the corral and lately having a sit on him - as you can tell my backing schedule isn't exactly strenuous
So a few weeks ago I popped on Ziggy whilst out on in hand walking and we had our first very short ride up the bridleway being lead by Superhubby
Two weeks ago during a repeat of the same ride we had our first on lead ridden trot
Last week we had our first solo, completely alone ride up the same bridleway and continued down the lane
And today....
Accompanied by Superhubby and crazy Obidog we went for a walk around the old airfield and once we'd got halfway I hopped on Ziggy to complete the hack, we walked, we trotted, we saw other horses in the distance, we were passed by the whole shoot in their off roaders and we put up with crazy Obidog, being..well...er crazy
Was Ziggy bovvered...
Whadya reckon??

What a good boy! Its great when it all comes together when you have brought them on slowly and it 'just happens' so perfectly

Oh absolutely - he's all mine!! Both he and RD were purchased and registered in my name and will (God willing) be with me for life.
I would have bought B and it wasn't for want of trying that I couldn't
But the silver lining is that because her owner wouldn't sell her despite everything I've gone through with her this special little man came into my life instead and, much as I totally adore Bally, in many ways he's even more exceptional than she is
Thanks everyone
