error warning coming up

Its been happening ever since OH tried to install a disc for updaing his pictures

i keep on getting a little box with

An error has occured in the script on this page.

It wont 'click' off, and refuses to go away. I used the cleaning whatsit, but to no avail. Anyone any ideas cos its driving me mad.

Sounds like your registry is corrupted. You need to get some one a bit techy to take it back to the last version (it should have backed up automatically) and also probably de-install the new software. Moral, PCs, like toothbrushes, should be personal possessions!
