My two boys having mutual grooming.

Today was just so sad, loosing my welsh cob William, who i've had since he was a yearling. '18 years'. But when you can no longer keep them sound and happy, and when they look fed up, all you can do for them in the end is to let them go, at home, without stress, and with dignity.
All these things came together at lunch time, to allow him to pass stress free and in the sunshine, 'the first dry sunny day for almost 6 weeks!'. Someone was looking down and making his passing gentle.

I hope they looked after him at the other end, and that Rocky was there to greet him.

My lovely wicked and treasured boy, who gave me a gentle cuddle even when he was half asleep. I will treasure your memory forever.
Run free and without pain William

I'm sure both your special boys are together now and pain free.  hug hug hug

I hadn't realised you had owned Willi from such a young age, lucky boy to have had such a lovely home for most of his life.

RIP William x
