Hello

My name is Sharon and I'm new to the forum. I live in Bristol.

I'm a long time member of another forum (EW) but came across EE quite often as I was researching treeless saddles for backing my 3 year old New Forest x Warmblood.

We finally settled on the new Dream Team saddle which I have to say he is doing very well in.

I'm really struggling to get my head around the size of it.  I like it because it's traditional looking but the skirts seem massive to me!

He's backed now and I'm tinkering him around until Christmas then I'll turn him away until the spring.

Be nice to hear from anyone, especcially local!

Also would be nice to hear your opinions on the saddle - or post your pictures of your treeless saddles as well so I can see them!

Sharon & Echo

Hi there, I'm just south of Bristol.  Lovely photos, I don't recognise the arena, which bit of Bristol are you?

Welcome to the forum - handsome chap you have there wave

Sorry I don't have a treeless to show off!

I expect Jacquie (FlyingFox) will introduce herself at some point - she's fairly local to Bristol - I go there sometimes to pick up my son from Uni - he's in his 4th year doing computer sciences:-)

Hello

The saddle looks a great fit for both you and the horse. Ok the flaps do look a little large, but perhaps its a small price to pay for a great fit. I like to have more than less.
he is lovely.

Thanks Ciocco

I'm trying to find a treeless numah rather than a saddle cloth as I think it'll make it look a bit neater

Trouble is dream only do the Equitex specialist Dream Saddle cloth and it only comes in black! I wanted something a bit bright!! wub

There are a few of us on here - Lucia, HighD and FlyingFox are pretty close by and the Stratford gang aren't a million miles away and do some very nice curry evenings devil
