Ive got a young girl who is going to show Jim in M&M classes, but we need a nice showing saddle for her, the London is just not right for her, the picture is all wrong. Plus shes slight, making the saddle look huge.
So anyone any ideas.

I think were looking at v wide, brown. showing.....Not much chance of finding a tree less of this sort.

Casey 18" would be huge on him, sorry.

Yes i have thought about fylde. they are close enough to box him there to try some. I bought him with a lovely suede show saddle, trouble was it was too small for him, 'width wise', they had been riding him in it too!!

There are a few secondhand show saddles on Ebay at quite reasonable prices.

This one looks nice: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/EXCELLE-SUEDE-SHOW-SADDLE-16-VERY-SIMILAR-FYLDE-/180691644782?pt=UK_Horse_Wear_Equipment&hash=item2a120fb16e#ht_500wt_1156

How about a nice pony size made to measure Saddle Company?  You would get a new Verona for around £500 and a new Vicenza (butt/solid leather flaps) for around £600.  Adjustable so can accommodate weight changes.  I am about to order Charlie one for showing this year.

Good heavens Tracey, a SHOW????? with charlie?????

Wait till I tell jenny, we were only talking about him yesterday. That was one lucky pony, he wouldn't be here now if you had not been around, he was such a little darling. Perhaps the most sweet and honest pony id met for ages. What will you be doing with him?? I cant remember how old he is, but would he be doing veteran??

Saddles.... I have one to look at, and if thats not right I 'will' look at saddle co saddles.
