Hi...
New member here very keen to invest in a HM saddle . I have a 15.1 cob, big shoulders , croup high and 'little' wither, slight dip. (which is slowly lifting due to muscle and work)
Having trouble to get treed saddle to fit correctly and I am hoping that this maybe the answer to our problems ?
Are these good saddles for this 'type' ?
Have been looking at a fheonix model, but not sure if GP or dressage ?
(We have only just started at walk/trot dressage )
Any advise , very welcome  Smiley

hello  wave

Fhoenix could work well, but best to get a fitter out and trial one first as your horse isnt a straight forward shape.  There is a map on the home page with areas the fitters work i think.  Smiley

Hi there Smiley

Just so you have a small idea... this is my 14.3 cob, Pinto, in one of the original Fhoenixes (18" GP)

They style has slightly changed since then, but not too much wink

 wave Welcome!

I feel your pain with the treed saddle fitting problem. But you do also have to be very careful with treeless saddle fitting unfortunately. There is a lot to think about. So if you can possibly get a fitter out it would be advisable.
