And it's all why it is definitely lifelong learning    - and absolutely challenging, but wonderful.

I think it is also one of the hardest things communicating by internet  -  what is an "ask" to one person is a definite "tell" to another  -  and we have to work it out without any body language too!

agree hilary, the written word is difficult without the subtleties of body language and tone of voice, etc.

But then isnt this what makes all of horsemanship so challenging but also so wonderful?

challenging, wonderful - and i do believe that horses are spiritual beings who, given the voice, can bring about positive change in their humans. the "equine enlightenment" process.  over the years i've had a momentous shift in my attitudes and beliefs - a continual growth.  CT is giving me yet another tool towards discovery .  and if all we ever do with it is *play*, well THAT'S OK .
