Been lurking here for ages, but have just come back from my first EETT module and thought it was about time I said hello!
I live in Wales and have been riding for about 20 years and loaned for a while but only bought my first horse about 6 years ago, the lovely but rather large Archie who is a Shire x TB (pic is of OH riding, he's 6ft 2!)
I soon realised I would need a stepladder to get on and that perhaps he was a little on the large side for me, so he became my OH's horse and I brought home addition no.2, my 'wonky donkey' (has a habit of going lame!) and perfect partner a 15.2hh tri-coloured cob with the rather unimaginative name of Patch
I also helped out at a rescue centre for a while and befriended a very cute but nervous shetland x called Storm and couldn't bear for him to be re-homed to someone else, so my very kind OH agreed that he could come home with me
Think some of the people from the course are on this board, so if you are wondering, I'm Deb
