World's Best Coblet!!

« on: March 12, 2011, 09:56:50 AM »

wave Hello all. I am new here and quite new to the EE concepts. I am a member of IH and have followed Heather's posts on there with interest for some time.
I am rising 52 ouch and have ridden since I was 2 (horsey mum thumbs). I had my first pony at ten yrs old and rode constantly until I was 23, taking my AI at 18 yrs and working with showjumpers. Then I witnessed quite a few nasty incidents involving bad horsemanship and even downright cruelty, became disillusioned and gave up for many years.
6 years ago I was in the position to have a horse again. 1 horse. Mmmm Embarrassed. I am now the very proud owner of my lovely Irish cob mare, Blaze (15hh 12 yrs, Bay) Jasmine, beautiful jet black TB mare,( 4 yrs, 15.2hh) and Silky, chestnut Arab, 21 yrs 14hh.
I did also have a grey cob called Digby, now rehomed to a lovely teenager.
Blaze is my soulmate, we do everything together, she is amazing  wub Jasmine I have had since she was born, mum died when she was 12 wks old and Blaze fostered her. I started her last summer, she is doing really well  wub and little Silky got 'dumped'
on me cos her owners didn't want her any more. She is retired and is a nanny to whichever horse I'm not riding, although not a very good nanny as she is terrified of everything Shocked Shocked laugh
I am hoping to significantly brush up my riding skills this year (bad habits!) and would like to do an equisimulator course, if all these horses stop eating my dosh, lol. Looking forward to meeting you all xx

You need to upload them to photobucket (or something similar) then you can paste the IRL for each photo directly into your posts and your photos will appear as if by magic.  Cheesy
