Hi All,

I'm Vix and just starting up a new business starting and training horses (and people)! I'm based in the Rossendale, Lancashire area. My website is under construction. I'm working towards my BHSAI, but have a major interest in Natural Horsemanship and have just completed the Parelli Fast Track to Level 4 in Colorado, September 2010. I've been extremely lucky to have had some classical dressage training and have ridden to medium level dressage, I've also had a fair bit of showjumping experience too in the past. I love the challenage of problem or difficult horses, and I find a lot of time they just need time to understand what we ask of them, and people need to change too and understand their responisbilities to the horse.

My current horse projects include a 4yr old curly haired mare, who is innately frightened of people, this has been passed on from her mother. I've had Flossy for 3 weeks and she grows in confidence everyday, we can saddle and bridle without a fuss and I sat on her for the 1st time on Saturday. I've been keeping a daily blog, this will be available on my website shortly.

Tosca is a 3 yr old colt who will be arriving at my livery yard this week to start his training before he is turned away again for the summer.

Anyway, enough about me. I'd love to hear from you, chat and hopefully be able to help each other grow and improve in our horsemanship!
