 laugh Wow Bradders, what a difference a slim horse makes!  I'm another shorty, 5'2 and I too struggle to look elegant on a large horse (particularly if they've got a big belly) I can just about get a decent position in a good dressage saddle with a big, slim horse!  So that saddle must be making life twice as hard for you 3DE.

I don't suppose it actually matters whether or not you look right on a big horse (unless you are entering some kind of show, all that really matters is that you are effective and the horse is comfortable.
