Hello at last

Hello,

I've been a lurker on here for a while but thought I should say hello at last!

I've had a traumatic time with low grade laminitis and transitioning to barefoot this year, I think my beautiful girl may just be starting to turn the corner and show signs of improvement at last.....finger crossed!!

I said 2010 was going to be our year, well that didn;t go to plan, so now I need to focus all my energy on 2011 being the new start we need!

Thank you for all your kind words, I'll try to figure out how to add some piccies later.  

Having a bad day today because of the frozen ground this morning which has frozen all the horrible muddy ruts into a very uncomfortable surface, she's been ok in the field until now but is still sore on stones etc. 
May have to try booting, but our field is on the side of a hill and I'm worried about grip...they say this cold snap could last for 10 days.
Got to weigh up if thers's risk of breaking a leg...they wern't kidding when I was told barefoot isn't easy!
