Verifying Payment for Full EE Membership

Hi Debbie,
1) Just verifying to see if you had a chance to see if you have received my payment?
I paid through Paypal on 10/16/10 referencing username: patsy9460.
Also sent the full membership application to:eesociiety@enlightenedequitation.com

2) Once I am in the system, as a full paid EE Member, please let me know how I can get a DVD?
I live in the United States - the state of Washington. You mention to others to send you an SAE. Do I do something different since I am in the United States? How much postage on the returned envelope?

Hello Debbie, I just had the same problem. payed on the 9th of this month and sent you a second e-mail to ask verification 2 days ago but still no reply? could you check if it ended up on your spam folder? the sender is belbe@sapo.pt
