Still no DVD!

Heather,
I joined EE as a full member on July 18, 2009. Because I live in the United States, I was asked to pay an additional amount to cover the shipping of the DVD, which I did so on July 23 via Paypal. I still have not received the DVD although my funds were received, according to Paypal. I have sent several emails to the person handling the shipping and the response has been that the DVD will be sent shortly. Please advise. Thank you, KarenRO

I received the DVD the other day and finally had a chance to watch it this morning. What a delight to watch you ride! You flowed with the horse and it was a very pleasing picture. Thank you for being such an inspiration! KarenRO
