I have always been a sucker for Friesians, only their big trot puts me off buying one nowadays, with my dodgy old back! But I have worked with a number of them over the years, in Holland too, and my friend Tineke, who lives in the middle of a number of Friesian studs, still has to drive past a bit sharpish to stop me going visiting, and possibly, coming back with more than I intended!
