Athletic Development of the Dressage Horse: Manege Patterns for Classical Training by Charles de Kunffy which I've had on my wish list for ages

i downloaded the kindle app for android, and believe it or not this book is available as an ebook for kindle...

worth having at the yard with me, do you think (when i get back to riding....) can just see me trundling round ereader in one hand, reins in the other (not...)

so is it worth buying?  i found your quote, wendy, by searching this section for his name and saw you'd just bought it then

its the horsey book i have used most... basically most times i school. It really helps to understand why you do different exercises.... on the other hand, it is very dry, and some peope dont get on with that... very much a geeky book for schooling nuts...

I've got it, had it for years on recommendation of my old riding instructor.    The bits I have read I liked, but am ashamed to say I haven't read all of it or picked it up in years.

Off to dig it out now and refresh my memory.

well spotted Lynne!  and there's several by Mark Rashid as well

this could prove even pricier than buying hardbacks in the long run...
