"Balls to the fore"
«

The title is a quote from Lucinda Green, passed on by a pal of mine. Now I have will freely admit I have a tendency to swing my legs back, which in Heather's saddles tips you forward. Now I don't like it, my horse does not like it, and she is an an expressive soul, and umpteen RI's have done their best to cure me.
One report from a training clinic and my entire pelvis has changed position, my legs are therfore underneath me without actively fighting to keep them there. and I feel much safer.
Madam is much impressed by her Mum not wobbling
and is therefore going better. If one comment can be a light bulb moment for this died in the wool wobbler, I thought I would pass it on

I've often thought that this is the reason that men so often have such a good natural seat, even when they are complete beginners. The presence of the aforementioned articles meaning they are less likely to tip forward and adopt the fatal crouch
