 I've emailed Lee and got a riding place at Quob - I am so  yahoo but also a bit  paperbag

Kathy is going to have her work cut out getting me and Mr Kipling up to scratch! And I am just praying he doesn't freak out in a big arena (this will probably be the first time we have gone anywhere together!)

There is plenty of interest here too Heather we are just sorting out how many places we need to book for the Fri demo.  7 lesson spaces is looking easy at the moment and I am hoping to be greedy and have one with everyone on Thursday and the one you offered me on Fri morning  thumbs  Dont forget your swimsuit so you can relax in hot tub with bottle of wine Thursday night - its the best after a whole day teaching  thumbs

That is fantastic that you have something sorted this way  thumbs  We are definitely coming to watch.  Have nothing to ride atm, so nothing to even have a lesson on - other than a rather stiff moving, sway backed NF pony.  Otherwise I would definitely be putting my name down for a Saturday lesson.  thumbs

Is there going to be a poster we can print out and pin-up on yard notice boards etc? Might be a way of generating interest amongst non-members.

I'm working on an advertising poster at the moment, should be ready to go tomorrow.  If you email me at lee@ridinginharmony.co.uk I'll send you a copy.  If anyone is able to print it in colour that would be great.

ok, might be able to come now afterall!  laugh

The Iberian Festival is the first of its kind H, that's why you haven't heard of it. It has come about because of some Iberian enthusiasts wanting to organise it and I feel it needs the support to try and ensure it becomes a permanent fixture on the calendar. The classes at our local shows are only in the schedule because we ask for them and pester until we get them and then all show up to support them. It will be Orio's debut in front of an actual Iberian judge  thumbs

for the Quob demo, if you'd like a nice sensitive horse that will respond well to your "rights and wrongs" but won't freak out at the venue/atmosphere... you can have Noosa for the night if you want?  She goes like a proper camel donkey when you ride wrong  rofl

Would love to have had Noosa, Lucie, but Roo has already offered me Adriano.  nod Would definitely have wanted Madam N otherwise, as she is soooooooooo comfortable too! But great if you can come, anyway.

If this Iberian festival takes off this year and is running again next, let me know in good time and I will try to come.

I have put a poster up at our new Robinsons Megastore which I hope will attract some interest! Stupid me asked the lady at the checkout if I should put money in the charity box to put a poster up... completely forgot of course that this is Robinsons, so they don't have a charity box - just their own till  rolleyes! But that's ok, as they have a special offer on at the moment, so it only costs £5.50 for 2 weeks... what can I say... bargain!!  ouch rolleyes

Have also put it on the IHDG as that should attract a bit of attention (and it was free  thumbs wink).

Thanks Lou.

I am well peed off, I am going to miss the IH garden party again this year. It was the same weekend as the Luso show the last two years, so Kelly kindly moved it to the following one. One snag, the Luso show was moved this year to the August bank holiday weekend, and I had to reschedule my clinic and demo in Scotland, and have just found out that it was the same weekend as the party sad.

Next year, I will make sure to liase with Kelly first!

But looking forward to Quob, and to the clinic at June and David's. Havent been there for two years- cant believe it is that long! Shocked

So am I Heather  yahoo.

Unfortunately, unlike Wales, at least one of your gp riders is actually far, far away from GP. I hope you like a good challenge. Just hoping that I don't end up falling off in front of everyone ouch Embarrassed
