Nice to get an update  thumbs and a review of the renegades too  wink  Great picces  wub

thanks ukika! I thought u might be interested! I've been using the Gloves with great success on all other horses but Chopin just has to give me a headache, even at this! little brat  whistle  laugh

this video u've already seen but others might like to watch, it's just promotion of our lazy rides! anyone wanna join? There's probably one more horse I can rent from the YO but otherwise we all go on foot. Chopin particularly enjoys a large trail group and plays his leader part to the letter! He halts and waits for those left behind and screams out to call both those who fall back and those who sprint ahead! My sister whent on one of these treks for the first time this winter and found it hilarious how he took care of all of us! Totally love my kid!  rofl
Lazy Sundays

appart from this, no more news. Chopin keeps maturing, getting a better phisique but more markedly, a much steadier and mature character. Don get me wrong, he's still a brat but much sweeter and wiser about his whole behaviour. All in all i fully trust him now, finally!

The renegades are BRILLIANT boots! They EVEN stay put on Lances front feet  Shocked (as long as I put them on the 'wrong' feet doh)

A Winter's glimpse of Spring

Last sunday's hack! it was a gorgeous day! Finally!!

Another update on boots (though maybe I should post this on barefoot??) Chopin always gets his hind boots off so I put on some glue-ons. I'll taking them off every moth to trim till the weather is more forgiving. I've used Equipack CS to make custom pads, this way I avoid peripheral loading and thrush at the same time. Bottom line, Chopin LOVED the glue-on -  Renegade combinations! he even chased jeeps and cantered away everytime his bro tried to get ahead of him! I never saw him with so much will to jusT GO! Really, comfortable feet and a comfortable mind make all the difference...  wub

new school game! I'm finishing up building our jousting lances! made out of a kitchen funnel, and broom's stick and some red tape!  laugh The target is some university teacher of my "students"' face! we paint it on a ball or baloon or foam block, leave it on top of a bending pole with a top plate and charge to hit it!  devil

I gave it a try at the walk and found the horse collects on it's own while doing it so I think it'll be of more use than just to avoid "chool boredom syndrome". LOL!

will post photos/vids when I get the chance.
