Hi All,

Thought that you full members would all like to have an EE pin badge, so plans are to get them made for all 2010 full membership renewals and also new full members. As the EE clothing didnt sell very well, planning instead on some key rings, mouse mats etc. But are there any items of clothing that members would still like to purchase, as would have to look into getting stocks again.

I am also planning on designing some equestrian jewellery, silver probably, which will make nice gifts, so a few things in the pipeline!! Possibly some EE belts and handbags too- used to make them myself, but time is now more of a problem, but I still like designing them! Just throwing some ideas around to see if there is any enthusiasm for them!

Any other suggestions welcome!

Heather

i keep thinking about the clothing but struggle to justify any more jackets/body warmers

do need a new baseball cap, but have to try one on before buying as not all suit (currently wearing one from saumur ..)

unlikely to buy keyrings etc ...

Heather

Must have missed that  doh will send for one.

I personally spend any spare money on stuff for horses never buy anything for myself  rolleyes  Only thing I got sort of for me is my Seat Bone Saver wub

Pin badge would be great could put it on my show jacket.

Would love one day to be a good enough rider to justify wearing an EE waistcoat etc out in public at the moment dont feel like im good enough to be seen in one, and therefore advertising / representing!! does that make sense? sad

RUBBISH Janet, Stuff and nonsense!! Of course you are good enough to advertise EE!!! The mere fact that you believe in the philosophy is all the advertising we need! nod

Embarrassed sorry, feeling a bit crap at the moment!  Getting to the important part with my youngster now, she is backed (thats the easy bit!) but now coming up for the real important stuff, her basic schooling!!!

Not that I havent done it before but having had a break from proper riding and in that time been a member on here and realising that half my knowledge from the past 20 odd years was a bit ropey!!!  Even more worried of getting it wrong.

I do indeed believe in the philosophy of EE and my intentions to my horse are all good.

Would like one of the waistcoats...... whistle laugh

Heather, I just loved the polo shirts - they've been a real staple but are wearing out! I'd definitely replace them if I could get them in my size again. Love my waistcoat too because it's got that lovely soft feel to it and because it makes me look thinner when I ride! Heaps better than my Horze one! And always liked the coat you had - not the short ones - longer enough to cover the bum, but draw cord or bit niped in at the waist, waterproof and light  Smiley

OK Lisa, will be visiting Shires shortly, so will look into getting some more waistcoats etc. Polo shirts I am hoping to do a deal with Edinburgh Woollen Mill as theirs are really good quality at a reasonable price, just the embroidery is more expensive, especially now Fiona has sold her machine!
