We all tend to have favourite animals, and Rinza was most certainly heading to become one of mine at the donkey shelter.
She was special and gifted, her gentleness and kindness were unique. She was one of the latest donkeys and she used to greet us by the door and to follow us around.
Rinza died during the night, most likely due to respiratory problem or its consequences...
We are all speechless.

It's so sudden and so unfair. She was with us only for a very short time, too short...
RIP lovely Rinza. Your love will be in my heart.

Maria
you and DM gave her something no one else had, a kind word, soothing hand and affection. She died knowing that love exists and for that reason she WILL remain in your heart.
RIP Rinza - run free over Rainbow Bridge to Magic.

How sad
I'm so sorry but at least she was being cared for at the end of her life

Oh no Maria, was she one of the donkeys named after Ros Bowen's horses? So sad, but at least in her short time with you, she knew love and care.
