lots of lovely longreining books out there-full of pics of horses doing piaffe etc! can anyone recommend something that is for a horse/owner combo that is just mastering leg yield and SI in long reins and would compliment how Becky teaches please?

I got Richard Hinrich Training the Horse In Hand DVD and Alfons Dietz book for Christmas. DVD complimented everything I learned with Becky and although I have just started the book no contradictions so far!!

I really like the Hinrichs book and DVD.  I also like the Fritz Stahlecker DVDs.  Don't agree with everything but everytime I look at either I pick up something new.

(If you don't mind "old technology" a friend has the Hinrichs video.  Watched once, she really doesn't like it and so will sell it for £5 plus p&p.)

thanks Cabruze but have already ordered it  Embarrassed
have revisited the Hinrichs book too and it did help me sort out a positioning (mine!) problem I was having.

I just love books that help me to learn and when I revisit teach me more .... and the Hinrichs book is one.  Great for beginners and improvers!  thumbs
