Really good book - has my recommendation, although I haven't actually finished reading it properly yet. It has given me loads of ideas for training my new boy thumbs

Lovely photos used to illustrate, especially the ones of Saffy demonstrating the leg lift  Cheesy

It's an excellent book, definitely one to keep nearby to refer to.  All we need now is book two wink
