EE Shop - Help.

I am unable to access the shop using my EE login  as I am getting the message "profile not recognised". I have found another post with the same query and the user was directed to a link,  I have tried this but I am locked out of this link. 
Sorry in advance if I am being stupid.

Hi,
The shop is in the process of being overhauled and was expected to be "live" last week but delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Hopefully this week but after saying that last week i don't want to say it for definite but soon.
I advise you wait a few days or mail debbie@enlightenedequitation.com who is on-line shop manager.
