I've read it and loved it! (I did a chapter by chapter book review on another site.
) I was thrilled to discover him describing the absorption of the trot in the same way that Heather does.
Let me know what you think, when you read it.

A thought provoking book, and an inspiring one - give yourself enough time to really read it - it's a book that I'm glad I have my own copy rather than borrowing.
