The cheapest that I found (but that was a few months ago when I pre-ordered) was Amazon.  Thanks for the reminder ... must get it Smiley

I think it's absolutely BRILLIANT!  And no, I can't find it anywhere in the USA, but I believe Amazon says it will be available in November.  Well, phooey!  I just went ahead and ordered it from Amazon.co.uk and it arrived in about ten days!  It is truly brilliant!  I've only had it a couple of days, and I've poked around in different places, and I just can't get over how detailed he gets as far as the whys and wherefores.  I highly recommend it, not the mention that the photos are superb, and of fantastic quality.

Agggh darnit!  Shocked You've just made me go on amazon and buy more books  wallbash- not this one I hasten to add- its too expensive for now!
