Erin I am so sorry for you and your brother. I hope that one day, soon, you can remember the happy times, the love, the care and the good memories. I know that your mum and dad will be at peace now, and they'll be watching over you both.
Remember that we are all here for you.

My thoughts have been constantly with you since that shocking day - may your parents both be at peace now and you and your brother have the strength to live through this

It's still so shocking. I hope they find their own little bit of peace.

erin,
your courage and the way you've honored their memories is a testament to the wonderful people they were. their last few months took them in an unexpected direction. hold tight to your memories of your whole life with them and embrace the fact that they loved you and your brother dearly.
remember them whole, as they were when you felt most secure and loved. in time those thoughts can elevate your mood and help you to move past physical limitations so you can celebrate your milestones and life adventures with them.
blessings to you and your brother, elinda

I keep trying to find the right words and I can't, but others here are doing it admirably. Just to say you have been in my thoughts a lot, and to send you more love and cuddles.

Can't find any words, but sincere, heartfelt condolences for you and your little brother. May your parents rest in peace. Remember the way they were. They wouldn't want you to be sad, they just lost their way a little. Love and healing to you.

Loads of healing and
at this time. It's an incrediable hard time for you, try to allow your feelings to come through when they and you are ready but don't feel you have to push yourself. Allow yourself to receive all the help and support you need from where ever it is best for you. Take the goodtimes and treasure the memories because they are prescious. Love and Peace

This must be the most poignant 'Rainbow Bridge' thread ever to be posted on EE. Erin, you know that we are all thinking of you, wishing for you that somehow we could turn the clock back and prevent that awful, fateful day from ever happening. Sadly we cant, but we can all be here for you and hope so much that you can make it over to the conference, and give you a little something to focus on and look forward to at this tragic time.
Huge hugs from us all-
Heather
