Thanks for this Claire (SNC). T'other Claire, this is a different book than the one on amazon - and defintely much easier to use as it is divided into different types of lessons ,  makes it much better as a "what do I actually do" book

Sorry I googled it and I copied all the link in, instead of just the website.  I have edited my post to show just the link to website.  Its called Training Lines that is selling the book not google .  In my defence I had, had 2 glasses of wine
