To cut a long story short, the suber saddle I bought for Shadow (which I got cheap anyway Embarrassed ) turned out to be faulty, I was very grumpy about this but I'm not complaining wink Cheesy  because................

...Ray was a star and 2 days after returning the other saddle I have a lovely new one sitting on a chair in my dining room!  I also had to confess to Ray that I didn't like the suber either  Embarrassed and so he even found me a prolite one! Cheesy (Actually he went one better than that and offered to make me one if they didn't have one Cheesy)

So, Heather, I think you did good with them there bunch of folk Cheesy Top and very friendly service Cheesy

Thank you Ray and Lynne Cheesy

It's so nice to get good reliable service these days.  You see so many people fighting with saddlers just to get them to come and have another look due to the fact they've not fitted properly in the first place.

Brilliant when you get a no quibble service from someone bending over backwards.  But then that's a good business person.  Now I expect you'll recommend them to all and sundry!  Quite rightly so too!

I've never had anything but fantastic service from Nurseys, a quality that is fast disappearing today!

I agree, Nursey's are great Cheesy

My saddle was only away for about 4 days when I sent it back to them.  They have the best customer service that I've come across in a VERY long time Cheesy
