Yep thats me - a sack of spuds !!

I've almost managed to stop clenching my buttocks (a sub conscious thing to do with confidence i think)   ; but get rid of one problem and another one arises !!

I am now, in my fervent attempt to stay relaxed, ending up looking like i've been squashed from a great height.   I'm collapsing all over the place !!
Luckily the minute i clench or become squashed my horse stops ....  ok in walk, not so good in canter !!    I have various problems with my pelvis & hips which don't help .. but i don't want to make excuses i want to get it right (yes i am a closet perfectionist  wink  !)

Can anyone suggest anything to help ??
