...that Quadi was on a lorry today!

Susan C was incredibley kind in coming over to us to to practice loading.  Once I was out of the way (I'm a worse loader that Q), everything was fine.  Susan was fantastic with him and clearly knows the way to his heart....food!  We went for a quick run around the block and he was an absolute star.  Got very sweaty though, left some winter coat and sweat on the partition for us to clean up :Smiley  It's a hot night and hard work learning to load you know!

And to prove he was in there (sorry they're grainy & overexposed, camera phone!)...

Gazing out of the window

Sticking his tongue out at me. Susan was kind enough to provide mints for him to eat too Smiley

Thank you Susan, I owe you much mucking out hug

unlike some people....!!!! Cheesy

it is just lack of practise rather than a problem, he travelled no probs and was happy enough to be on  - he'll be going down in an artic so plenty of space for him to go on and that tends to be half the battle. (mine is partitioned for 4 so lots of room!)

its amazing how easily bribed most horses are - even better when they have a clue about the clicker!  in this case illicit competition cubes and "weight gain mix" were most satisfactory as bait!!! :P

It was very surreal meeting a real live EE horse - just like as with human celebs he was much smaller in real life - I think mine must really be the biggest 15.2 in the world in  comparison!!! Cheesy

get the countdown going Ann!!!!  he is going to roast once he gets to you  8)- hes overwintered in scotland very well thanks to the thermals  he hasn't quite shed yet!!! Cheesy

glad to be of help!
