Author Topic: Great news regarding Atom  (Read 373 times)

We have just heard that Atom's biopsy results are in and he is fine. There is no sign of any tumor so the latest thinking is that he had a severe injury causing bone to splinter, this then developed as a heamatoma.
 Atom will remain in Liverpool until his wound does not have to be dressed. Atom is very fed up with all the attention and has to be sedated each day to have the dressing changed.
 We are so grateful to all of you who donated money to Atom's appeal. The future is looking good for this young horse.

BTW having recently taken a friend's horse for an emergency colic op to Leahurst and being very shocked by the extremely large bill - a)Do they take into account EMW's a charity?  and b)Did you raise enough to cover Atom's fees?
