I have been looking on the main website for the options availale for the Fhoenix. Can someone give me the link. I'm interested in seat size and flap length, more than the Gucci leather options. Thanks.

Hi there, you can find the basic saddle options on these pages:
http://www.enlightenedequitation.com/public/order_usa.html
for the us
http://www.enlightenedequitation.com/public/order_uk.html
for UK
http://www.enlightenedequitation.com/publi..._restworld.html
for rest of the world
You can pick the link that suits your location and not only will it list the general saddle options, but also the agents available in your area, who should be very helpful in going over the specific options you are inquiring about.
Options are a little more detailed than can be listed fully on the site - i.e. a full sized adult with shorter legs, could order a standard or large seat with child length flaps.

Thanks,
I went to the link and it gave a single measurement for each choice of saddle. I assume it is seat size, but perhaps it is flap length instead, or is it both? I have a demo which is 17.5 in the seat and 17.5 in the flap measured from under the stirrup fixture.

The measurement on the site refers to the seat size. How does the flap on your demo fit you? Do you need it shorter or longer? I'm sure that if you were to order a saddle the flap can be adjusted to suit you. How do you like the demo otherwise?

I love it in theory, although it's very cold here which makes things cumbersome. I posted some pics on "What's a ll the flap about" which show that either my bum is too big for the 17.5 (more than likely) or the knee rolls are keeping me from sitting where I need to be. In the second photos, you can only see the leg with a piece of paper to show approx correct flap length, but I know my knee wasn't touching the kneerolls and I was still against the cantle. So, I'm looking for a prolite with an 18inch seat and shorter flaps in a black dressage model, either in UK or USA, as I have a friend who will ge attending the BETA, which is about two weeks away. I have rescue horses, and one has developed a lateral walk due to being poked by the tree of his saddle. It fit him for awhile, but as he became sounder he muscled up and began poking him and hurting him. The reason I was so slow on realizing it was the saddle causing the damage is that he was diagnosed with "the worst degenerative navicular" the vet had ever seen and he had been scheduled for euthanasia. When he picked up the lateral walk and refused to trot, after having developed a wonderful walk and fabulous trot, I assumed (incorrectly ) that the navicular chickens had come home to roost. He does not do the lateral walk in the Fhoenix, but the real test is in arena footing, and I have to trailer him to that and we're socked in weather wise. Tomorrow I will make a rice sack with ties (and channels) so that I can put the whole thing on his back with the heated rice, and take the time to convince him it's okay to tighten the girth. His knees will buckle if I go too fast. What has happened is that the heating pad falls off and by the time I get in the saddle, it's like a board to me, and he may be able to feel some of that thru the suberpanel. If he doesn't feel how hard the seat is, come to think of it, he'll never feel a seat bone. I adore this beast and will everything in my power to restore his horsepower. Thanks
