O/t- Rather Comfey At The Moment

Have you ever had one of those days where as soon as you get home you just want to curl up on the couch in your sweatpants and not do anything :( ?  Today was very much one of those days.  College was a pain, and more snow is falling.  If you aren't a good driver you do not belong here, it took an hour to get home, normaly about 30 minutes! :unsure:

Anyways, I finally got home and low and behold mom had a big pot of beef stew and corn bread sitting out! There was a wonderful fire going and I just sat down with my dinner and watched old M*A*S*H reruns. God bless my mom!  I just had a big mug of hot apple cider and am about to go to bed (its 9:30pm here, I think its about 5am in the UK).  I have to go into work tommrow but who cares!  Right now Lance is tucked in and I am past Thursday!  I love being comfortable.

Sometimes I love those days!! We are in a drought and I can't even remember the last time it rained at my place, but sometimes I'd love some crappy cold weather where I can use the excuse to snuggle up on the couch with a doona

Wow, sounds wonderful!!

I often feel like that!! When I get back from the yard I always have trouble warming up, so I change into comfy clothes and snuggle on the sofa with a fleece blanket, a hot water bottle, the dog and maybe a cat!! Bliss!!

Know just what you mean and I just love the long winter evenings when you just don't need any excuse to snuggle down in front of the fire....mmmmm  blissful!!
