More Equipment For My Saddle

I was stupid. I did loan away my saddle so a "friend" could try it on her horse.
Well, I got back a saddle without any "knee-pattern/support" (I have no clue what it is called in english) and it is starting to be a bit annoying to ride without this.  :ouch:

I have tried to get them back, without any luck.

I guess I just have to buy some new then.
I got the older version (Flexion Dressage), so is this possible?
