Help... Slipping Saddle...

I didn't know whether to put this post here or in saddles...
Hi
I have a question about rider balance. I keep finding that my saddle is slipping to the left. I feel like I'm sitting straight and the saddle looks straight while I'm on, the sweat patterns are uneven though, the sweat pattern on the right hand side almost touches the spine at the top, whereas on the left side there is a few inches between where the sweat starts and her spine. She's had a history of pelvic inbalance which has transfered to me. Is it worth me seeing a chiropracter? The mare is having her back seen in a few weeks time, her pelvis will probably be unlevel again. :( It's a problem she's had since we bought her, her pelvis moves out of synch over the period of a few weeks, I need to be riding her to build up her back muscle and hold her pelvis in place, something we are currently working on. I want to sort out the problem I'm having with sitting straight, I'm sure the saddle slipping is me. Is there anything I can try?
I understand theres probably not much you can advise, but I'm getting really worried that I'm going to be causing more problems if I can't sort my position out.
Any advice is apreciated.
Thanks
Jo

It would be worth going for a lunge lesson on a well balanced schoolmaster. I have one side stronger than the other and on one rein I'm fine but the other, esp at canter without stirrups I slide, even in treed saddles. It is something I'm working on and with stirrups I'm fine, but that may be worth trying first, if you are okay then its your mare. If not then see a chiro or bowen person as the mare may be affecting you.
You really need to be aware of any slippage too, check yourself, check the length of your stirrup leathers (has one stretched from mounting?) Check the saddle, is that uneven? Then when riding constantly ask yourself if you are sitting straight. Can you have a lesson on your mare or else get a friend to watch from the ground standing directly behind as you ride to see if you are wonky.
Then talk to the back person, see if they have any suggestions too.
Good luck and hope that helps a little.
